ประกาศเรื่องการเข้าใช้งาน Canva Pro สำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ (รหัส 69)
สำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ที่พบปัญหาไม่สามารถใช้งาน Canva Pro ได้ ขอให้ตรวจสอบตามขั้นตอนดังนี้:
- ต้องลงทะเบียนเรียนก่อน: ระบบจะมอบสิทธิ์ Canva Pro ให้อัตโนมัติ โดยอ้างอิงจากฐานข้อมูล REG
- รอระบบอัปเดต: เมื่อลงทะเบียนเรียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว ระบบจะประมวลผลและเปิดสิทธิ์การใช้งานให้ท่านโดยอัตโนมัติ
- หากยังใช้งานไม่ได้: กรุณาตรวจสอบว่าท่านได้เลือกเข้าใช้งาน Team ของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างถูกต้อง (ศึกษาคู่มือได้จากลิงก์ด้านล่าง)
สำหรับคณาจารย์และบุคลากร:
ไม่ได้รับผลกระทบ หากพบปัญหาการใช้งาน มักเกิดจากการเลือก Team ไม่ถูกต้อง สามารถดูคำแนะนำจากลิงก์ด้านล่างได้เช่นกัน

Canva Pro Access Guide for New Students (ID 69)
Having trouble accessing Canva Pro as a new student? Here’s what you need to know:
- Register for Classes First: Your Canva Pro access is linked to the university's registration (REG) system. You must complete your course registration before access can be granted.
- Wait for the System to Update: Once you've registered, our system will automatically process your information and activate your Canva Pro account.
- Still having trouble? Make sure you've selected the correct university Team in Canva. (Please check the guide linked below for step-by-step instructions).
Note for Faculty and Staff:
Your access is not affected by this update. If you're running into issues, you might just be in the wrong Canva Team. Please refer to the guide below to ensure you've selected the correct workspace.
